The site forms part of the wider mixed-use masterplan for redevelopment of the former Crosslee factory, which has outline planning approval.
Access for these plans would be from Brighouse Road with a secondary access from St Giles Road.
We intend to submit a detailed planning application to Calderdale Council in the near future. Before that happens, we would like to know what you think of the plans.

This parcel of land forms part of the wider former Crosslee factory site, which has outline planning approval for a range of uses, including residential and care. The site closed in 2019, after 50 years of production. The buildings on this large brownfield site have been demolished to make way for the new development that will create a vibrant new community and a range of uses.
We are bringing forward these plans for new homes and a care facility and expect the wider site to progress in due course.
The remainder of this brownfield site – the retail and industrial uses – will be delivered by retail and commercial operators via separate planning applications.
We intend to submit a detailed planning application to Calderdale Council in the near future. Before that happens, we would like to know what you think of the plans.
